Detailed description

Stator knife SMPV0514-X01 by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Previero.

Compatibility with machines:

For cutting millses and granulators by the company Previero the stator knife is ideally applicable.

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be influenced by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well customised to the application scenario.

This stator knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard variation in most operational scenarios.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Cutting tools of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the components. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

General characteristics:

The measurements of the stator knife are 514mm long, 88mm wide and 24mm high.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.

As this stator knife belongs to the Premium Line, the cutting tool shown is manufactured exclusively in Germany.
