Detailed description

Stator knife SMDR0648-X02 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Dreher Maschinenbau

Compatibility with machines:

This stator knife can be used for the cutting mills and the granulator of the Dreher Maschinenbau company.

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be impacted by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well adjusted to the input material.

In the X-version, this stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Products of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

General characteristics:

The measures of the item are 648mm in length, 96mm in width and 22mm in height.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 75°.

All our Premium Line products are produced only in Germany.
