Detailed description

Stator knife SMZM0305-X00 by CUTMETALL for shredding machines by Zerma (Amis).

Compatibility with machines:

For cutting millses and granulators by the producer Zerma (Amis) the stator knife is ideally suitable.

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of different materials and varying the cutting geometry, the item can be matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and durability.

In the X-version, this stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the stator knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing the stator knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

General characteristics:

The measurements of the stator knife are 305mm long, 25mm wide and 25mm high.

All our Premium Line components are manufactured only in Germany.
