Compatibility with machines:

This screen plate is primarily intended for the MEWA UG series from Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and service life, the performance of the screen plate can be customized by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product perfect for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This provides a longer tool life and therefore secures durability.

For proper screening of the input, the holes of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 25mm each. The width of the margin between them is 10mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

While processing, the screen plate works with a sheet thickness of 10mm. As well, the screen plate is installed with a width of 1600mm in the described machine.
