The efficiency of the screen plate depends largely on both the variant and the geometry.

This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of durability. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

For proper screening of the input material, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 80mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 18mm each.

As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 12mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part presented measures 1245mm.
