This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to screen the input properly, this screen plate has round perforations. In addition, the diameter of each hole is 17mm and the margin widths between the holes are 9mm each.

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen plate was produced with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 1120mm.
