The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variation precisely fitting for applications with high demands on wear. This provides a longer life span and therefore guarantees durability.
To enable the screen basket to process the input material properly, this screen basket has circular perforations. Moreover, the diameter of each hole is 25mm and the margin widths between the cutouts are 7mm each.
General Characteristics:
In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 15mm and a width of exactly 524mm.
