Cutting crown HMWA0049-H4J01 from CUTMETALL for shredding machines from Wagner

 

Compatibility with machines:

The cutting crown can be installed in the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Wagner brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the cutting geometry, the item can be customised to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and longevity.

In the H-variant, this component is featured with additional carbide cutting edges. This allows a clearly increased operating time in the machine, while power consumption, dust generation and the risk of breakage are noticeably reduced.

 

Fastening in the machine:

When fitting the cutting crown, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The measures of the cutting crown are 49.15mm long, 49.15mm wide and 17.5mm high.

The cutting crown belongs to the Carbide Line and is therefore equipped with carbide cutting edges.
