In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears steadily over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this version, as the structure will otherwise be severely impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for installing to M24 threads.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
