Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this version, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be severely impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the stator knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
