In the X-option, the stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard version in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you an applicable combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The stator knife is 979mm long, 100mm wide and 22mm high.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.

As the stator knife is part of our Eco Line, this cutting tool is a cost-effective alternative to the Premium Line.
