This X-variant stator knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most areas of application. Therefore, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a beneficial compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the stator knife.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The measurements of the stator knife are 919mm long, 60mm wide and 16mm high.
