The stator knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variant in most applications.
Here we offer you a suitable combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.
In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears evenly over its lifespan.
However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
When attaching the stator knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

This cutting tool measures 790mm in length, 85mm in width and 16mm in height.
The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.
