For cutting millses and granulators by the producer Tria the stator knife is excellently fitting.

The efficiency of the spare part depends largely on the variation of the material and cutting shape.

This stator knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard variant in most applications.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Products of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the stator knife, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
