For cutting millses and granulators by the company Zerma (Amis) the stator knife is ideally applicable.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable impact on the insensitivity and knife life.

This stator knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard version in most operational scenarios.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the lifetime of the stator knife.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The component measures 740mm in length, 100mm in width and 22mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 80°.
