For cutting millses and granulators by the producer Zerma (Amis) the stator knife is ideally fitting.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The shape and the material used for constructing have a significant effect on the resistance and product lifespan.

In the X-option, the stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this version, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the spare parts. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

The spare part measures 698mm in length, 85mm in width and 18mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.

This favourable option in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
