The component can be matched to the break down application, depending on the different materials and the variance in cutting geometry.

Knives made in this Y-variant will increase the durability of your cutting tool. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to break.

In this version, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 80°.
