Detailed description
Stator knife SMZM0490-X00 from CUTMETALL for crushing machines from Zerma (Amis)
Compatibility with machines:
This stator knife is perfectly applicable for cutting millses and granulators from Zerma (Amis).
Cutting performance and durability:
The performance of the component depends chiefly on the variant of the material and shape.
This X-variation stator knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard option in most application areas. Therefore, it has a medium hardness.
This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the lifetime of the stator knife.
We emphasise that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
When fitting the stator knife, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
General characteristics:
The measures of this cutting tool are 490mm in length, 100mm in width and 28mm in height.
Its cutting edge is inclined at 90°.
As this stator knife belongs to our Premium Line, the product comes exclusively from German manufacturing.
Field of application:
The stator knife is perfect for a wide range of break down applications. For example, the following input can be processed with it:
