Compatibility with machines:

The stator knife can be installed in the cutting mills and the granulator of the Zerma (Amis) brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the lifespan can be influenced by the material and the shape. This means that the efficiency can be well customised to the application scenario.

Due to the alloyed tool steel of the Y-version, it is approx. 5 % harder than the X-variant. This means that a longer tool life can be secured. In comparison, however, the stator knife is more predisposed to impurities, which can lead to breakage more quickly.

In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears homogenously over its lifetime.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

When fitting the stator knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The measurements of the stator knife are 420mm long, 25mm wide and 25mm high.
