Knives made in this Y-variation will increase the durability of your item. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to fracture.

Items of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the components. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
