Stator knife SMZM0218-Y00 by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Zerma (Amis).

 

Compatibility with machines:

This product is ideally suitable for cutting millses and granulators from Zerma (Amis).

 

Cutting performance and durability:

This component can be customised to the area of application, depending on the different materials and the variance in shape.

Due to the alloyed tool steel of the Y-option, it is approx. 5 % harder than the X-version. This means that a longer knife life can be secured. In comparison, however, the stator knife is more susceptible to impurities, which can lead to fractures more quickly.

In this variant, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the stator knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

The measurements of the stator knife are 218mm long, 45mm wide and 18mm high.
