Stator knife SMDR0200-Y01 by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Dreher Maschinenbau.

Compatibility with machines:

The stator knife can be used for the cutting mills and the granulator of the Dreher Maschinenbau company.

Cutting performance and durability:

The performance of the product depends largely on the variation of the material and cutting geometry.

Due to the alloyed tool steel of the Y-variant, it is approx. 5 % harder than the X-option. This means that a longer durability can be secured. In comparison, however, the stator knife is more susceptible to impurities, which can lead to fractures more quickly.

In this version, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the stator knife wears homogenously over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

This cutting tool measures 199.5mm in length, 57mm in width and 14mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 75°.
