Detailed description

Stator knife SMPV0135-X01 by CUTMETALL for recycling machines by Previero.

Compatibility with machines:

The stator knife can be installed in the cutting mills and the granulator of the Previero company.

Cutting performance and durability:

This cutting tool can be matched to the application area, depending on the particular materials and varying cutting geometry.

In the X-variation, this stator knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Components of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

General characteristics:

The dimensions of the stator knife are 135mm long, 44mm wide and 18mm high.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 90°.

As this stator knife belongs to the Premium Line, the spare part presented is produced exclusively in Germany.
