In terms of throughput and tool life, the efficiency of the sickle screen can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in shape.
This A-variant is an excellent choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.
In order to be able to properly process large input pieces, sickles are used here instead of a perforated screening surface. These are attached to the product at intervals of over 148mm. Thus, this sickle screen is primarily used in pre-shredding.
General Characteristics:
To ensure that the sickle screen can properly process the input in use, the sickle screen was constructed with a sickle thickness of 25mm. Accordingly, the article can meet the existing conditions, while the spare part with a width of 3180mm sits optimally in the recycling machine.
