This sickle screen is primarily intended for the Lindner Jupiter series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the sickle screen depends predominantly on both the variant and the shape.

In this variation, an unalloyed steel is used as the material of the article. For that reason, a fundamental price advantage over other variations can be presented.

In order to be able to reliably screen large input pieces, sickles are used here instead of a perforated surface. These are attached to the spare part at intervals of over 61mm. Thus, this sickle screen is mainly used in pre-shredding.

 

General Characteristics:

To ensure that the sickle screen can properly process the input in use, the sickle screen was constructed with a sickle thickness of 25mm. Accordingly, the article can meet the existing conditions, while the spare part with a width of 3180mm sits optimally in the recycling machine.
