Sickle screen SKLN3180-101 from CUTMETALL for shredding machines from Lindner Recyclingtech

This sickle screen is in the first place designed for the Lindner Jupiter series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The performance of the sickle screen depends largely on both the version and the shape.

Consequently, due to the material, the 1-option is a low-priced alternative compared to other variants. The sickle screen offers an attractive price advantage as a result of using unalloyed steel in production.

In contrast to sickle screens with a perforated surface, the shredding and screening of the input takes place by means of sickles mounted at intervals of more than 104mm. In order to be able to screen large input pieces properly, those are mainly intended for pre-shredding.

 

General Characteristics:

With a width of 3180mm, the sickle screen can be accurately inserted into the respective system. Furthermore, the thickness of the sickles is 25mm to meet the application requirements correspondingly.
