The screen cassette is fitting for the Lindner Jupiter and Lindner Meteor series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a decisive influence on the resistance and durability of the screen cassette.

The additional hardness of the Hardox steel makes this variant precisely fitting for operational scenarios with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer lifetime and thus secures longevity.

In contrast to screen cassettes with a perforated surface, the processing and screening of the input material takes place by means of sickles mounted at intervals of more than 113mm. In order to be able to process large input pieces properly, those are mainly intended for pre-shredding.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application demands, this screen cassette works with a sickle thickness of over 25mm. Moreover, the screen cassette with a width of 2125mm can be fitted exactly into the particular machine.
