The screen plate is an exact fit for the Wipa MD model series from the machine manufacturer Wipa Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen plate can be individually adapted to the area of application in terms of throughput and tool life.

In this context, the L-variant is a relatively soft steel referable to its chromium-nickel composition. Therefore, this variation is characterised by insensitivity to impurities.

The round cutouts of the screen plate have a diameter of 8mm each. This allows the input material to be processed properly. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 4mm each.

 

General characteristics:

To meet the application conditions, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of 3mm. As well, the product with a width of 341mm is used in the recycling machine.
