Performance and screening behaviour:
The performance of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the material variation and the shape.
This insensitive steel of the A-variation guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is ideal for using it in demanding applications.
For proper processing of the input, the perforations of the screen plate are round and have a diameter of 20mm each. The width of the margin between them is 8mm each.
General characteristics:
The screen plate with the width of 982mm ensures a suitable installation in the machines described. Moreover, the item with 10mm sheet thickness convinces with its work performance.
