Compatibility with machines:
This screen plate is in the first place intended for the Eldan FG series from Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen plate can be individually customized to the area of application in terms of throughput and tool life.
In this option, an unalloyed steel is used as the material of this product. As a result, a fundamental price advantage over other options can be provided.
To enable the screen plate to process the input reliably, this screen plate has circular cutouts. In addition, the diameter of each hole is 4mm and the margin widths between the perforations are 2mm each.
General characteristics:
In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen plate was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 4mm and a width of exactly 978mm.
