Compatibility with machines:
This screen plate is in the first place intended for the Eldan FG series from Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
In terms of throughput and durability, the performance of the screen plate can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.
Wear-resistant stainless steel is used in this D-variant. This makes the screen plate ideal for operational scenarios where high wear requirements are given.
To enable the screen plate to screen the input material reliably, this screen plate has circular cutouts. Additionally, the diameter of each hole is 4mm and the margin widths between the perforations are 2mm each.
General characteristics:
The product shown has a width of 978mm and can therefore be perfectly installed in the recycling machine. A sheet thickness of 4mm secures, that the screen plate meets the application requirements.
