The screen plate is an exact fit for the THM AG model series from the company Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen plate can be individually customized to the application area in terms of throughput and lifespan.

This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

This screen plate screens the input with round perforations. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 35mm each. The spaces between the holes have a width of 8mm.

 

General Characteristics:

To meet the application conditions, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of 10mm. Moreover, the spare part with a width of 402mm is used in the shredder.
