The screen plate is an ideal fit for the THM AG model series from the brand Mewa/Ehehalt/Andritz Mewa/THM.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used have a significant effect on the insensitivity and lifetime of the screen plate.

This A-variation is an excellent choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

To enable the screen plate to screen the input properly, this screen plate has round perforations. Additionally, the diameter of each hole is 35mm and the margin widths between the holes are 10mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

In order to take the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen plate was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 402mm.
