The screen plate is a perfect fit for the Eldan HG series from the manufacturer Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
The performance of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the variant and the geometry.
This resistant steel of the A-variation promises a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding operational scenarios.
This screen plate processes the input material with circular holes. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 10mm each. The spaces between the perforations have a width of 4mm.
General characteristics:
To secure that the small perforations can be worked into the material accordingly, this screen plate has a sheet thickness of 8mm. To restore the original sheet thickness and to ensure that it can be installed, the screen plate is additionally provided with a 2mm thick lining on the contact surfaces. Due to this procedure, the safety of our products and the necessary flexibility in production are guaranteed. Additionally, the screen plate is 400mm wide.
