By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen plate can be individually matched to the application in terms of throughput and tool life.
This A-option is an ideal choice in terms of durability. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.
The round cutouts of the screen plate have a diameter of 24mm each. This allows the input material to be screened reliably. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 9mm each.

The screen plate with the width of 2112mm provides a suitable installation in the recycling machines described. Moreover, the spare part with 10mm sheet thickness convinces with its performance.
