The efficiency of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the version and the shape.
This A-variant is an excellent choice in terms of durability. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.
The round cutouts of the screen plate have a diameter of 40mm each. This allows the input to be processed properly. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 11mm each.
General Characteristics:
As the screen plate does not require any additional upgrades, the screen plate has a sheet thickness of over 10mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part shown measures 2112mm.
