This screen plate is primarily designed for the Weima WT model series from Weima Maschinenbau GmbH.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the screen plate depends largely on both the variant and the geometry.

This A-variation is an excellent choice in terms of service life. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

The round holes of the screen plate have a diameter of 60mm each. This allows the input to be processed properly. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 10mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

While processing, the screen plate works with a sheet thickness of 10mm. As well, the screen basket is installed with a width of 1480mm in the described shredders.
