Screen plate SYED1450-AR08 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Eldan Recycling
Compatibility with machines:
This screen plate is primarily intended for the Eldan FG series from Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
In terms of throughput and tool life, the performance of the screen plate can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.
This A-variant is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.
To enable the screen plate to screen the input material properly, this screen plate has circular perforations. In addition, the diameter of each hole is 8mm and the spaces between the holes are 4mm each.
General Characteristics:
In order to withstand the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen plate was produced with a sheet thickness of 5mm and a width of exactly 1450mm.
