This screen plate is in the first place designed for the Eldan FG series from Eldan Recycling.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and durability, the efficiency of the screen plate can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in shape.

This version is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. This makes the screen plate with this D-variation suitable for applications with high wear requirements.

This screen plate processes the input with round cutouts. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 5mm each. The spaces between the holes have a width of 3mm.

 

General Characteristics:

The accuracy of fit of the screen plate is based on the width of 1450mm and a sheet thickness of 5mm. This means that the item presented can be installed perfectly in the respective shredding machine.
