Screen plate SYED1450-DR041 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Eldan Recycling
Compatibility with machines:
This screen plate is predominantly designed for the Eldan FG model series from Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
In terms of throughput and tool life, the performance of the screen plate can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in shape.
Wear-resistant stainless steel is used in this D-version. This makes the screen plate ideal for break down areas where high wear requirements are given.
The round cutouts of the screen plate have a diameter of 4mm each. This allows the input material to be screened properly. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 2mm each.
General Characteristics:
The special feature of this screen plate, apart from a sheet thickness of 4mm, is the extra lining over 1mm on the contact surfaces. This has the function of simulating the installation capability of the spare part after the smaller recesses have been worked in. This concept provides both the necessary flexibility and the safety of our CUTMETALL articles. Moreover, the width of the screen plate is 1450mm.
