Compatibility with machines:
The screen plate is fitting for the Eldan MPR and Eldan TR series from Eldan Recycling.
Performance and screening behaviour:
The efficiency of the screen plate depends predominantly on both the material variation and the shape.
This resistant steel of the A-variation guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.
This screen plate processes the input material with round holes. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 20mm each. The margins between the perforations have a width of 2mm.
General Characteristics:
The product presented has a width of 1055mm and can thus be suitably installed in the machine. A sheet thickness of 10mm secures, that the screen plate meets the application requirements.
