In terms of throughput and service life, the efficiency of the screen linging can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

This insensitive steel of the A-variant provides a long tool life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is ideal for using it in demanding applications.

This screen linging is provided with square holes. These have dimensions of 109 by 109mm. The spaces between the cutouts have a web width of over 10mm.

 

General Characteristics:

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen lining was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 8mm and a width of exactly 1100mm.
