By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually customized to the application area in terms of throughput and lifespan.
In this variation, an unalloyed steel is used as the material of the article. For this reason, a fundamental price advantage over other variants can be granted.
To process the input properly, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed cutouts. These have a width across flats of over 142mm. The space between the individual holes is 27.5mm.
General characteristics:
The accuracy of fit of the screen basket is based on the width of 360mm and a sheet thickness of 25mm. This means that the item presented can be installed suitably in the respective shredding machine.
