This screen basket is predominantly designed for the Lindner Polaris model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Performance and screening behaviour:
By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and service life.
This resistant steel of the A-option promises a long tool life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.
To screen the input properly, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed cutouts. These have a width across flats of over 120mm. The margin width between the individual perforations is 25mm.
General Characteristics:
In order to takee the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 25mm and a width of precisely 340mm.
