This A-variant is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.
The round holes of the screen basket have a diameter of 25mm each. This allows the input material to be screened reliably. The spaces of the perforated surface measure 8mm each.
General characteristics:
In use, the screen basket works with a sheet thickness of 15mm. As well, the screen basket is installed with a width of 308mm in the described machine.
