This screen basket is primarily intended for the Neue Herbold HM model series from Neue Herbold.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used have a decisive effect on the resistance and longevity of the screen basket.

This resistant steel of the A-option guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.

This screen basket is provided with square holes. These have dimensions of 40 by 40mm. The spaces between the cutouts have a web width of over 10mm.

 

General characteristics:

In order to take the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen basket was produced with a sheet thickness of 10mm and a width of exactly 595mm.
