The screen basket is an ideal fit for the Vecoplan VEZ model series from the machine manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the screen basket depends largely on both the version and the shape.

This resistant steel of the A-variant promises a long tool life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is optimal for use in demanding application areas.

For reliable processing of the input material, the cutouts of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 40mm each. The width of the margin between them is 13.5mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

The spare part presented has a width of 835mm and can therefore be suitably installed in the shredding machine. A sheet thickness of 15mm provides, that the screen basket meets the application requirements.
