This screen basket is primarily intended for the Vecoplan VEZ model series from Vecoplan.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used have a decisive impact on the resistance and tool life of the screen basket.

The extra hardness of the Hardox steel makes this product exactly fitting for areas of application with high demands on wear. This ensures a longer lifetime and therefore guarantees durability.

For proper screening of the input, the perforations of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 30mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 13.5mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

The accuracy of fit of the screen basket is based on the width of 835mm and a sheet thickness of 15mm. This means that the item shown can be installed perfectly in the respective recycling machine.
