The screen basket is an ideal fit for the Vecoplan VEZ series from the company Vecoplan.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually adapted to the application area in terms of throughput and service life.

This resistant steel of the A-option guarantees a long tool life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is perfect for use in demanding application areas.

For reliable screening of the input, the holes of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 80mm each. The width of the margin between them is 23mm each.

 

General Characteristics:

The screen basket with the width of 835mm ensures a suitable installation in the shredding machines described. Additionally, the product with 15mm sheet thickness convinces with its performance.
