Compatibility with machines:

This screen basket is primarily intended for the Lindner Micromat MS model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

The efficiency of the screen basket depends largely on both the version and the geometry.

This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of service life. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

For proper screening of the input, the perforations of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 50mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 13mm each.

 

General characteristics:

The product shown has a width of 655mm and can thus be suitably installed in the recycling machine. A sheet thickness of 10mm provides, that the screen basket meets the application conditions.
